Our class this month is Saturday, May 14th, from 9am to 5pm.  We will begin our day at St Stephen's Church, 500 Robinson Road, Sebastopol, CA  95472.

This month's theme is Waste.  We will look at every aspect of Waste in our lives.  During the morning we will be checking in, talking about the changes we have made from previous classes; what is working, what is not, review the outline of the day, and then begin our discussion of Waste.  We will cover our local water system;  where and how it comes to us, and where it goes when it leaves our home.  We have a couple of speakers this month, one of which will be the internationally reknowned Portia Sinnott, who lives right here in Sebastopol.  We will be touring 2 different locations, and begin reframing the concept of Waste.   We will also talk about greywater conversions.  At the end of the day, we will discuss the Zero Waste Fast.  Homework:  Essay:  Where is Away When You Throw It, Flush It, Recycle It?
